Here, you’ll find a collection of design sprint methods, organized into five phases: Understand, Sketch, Decide, Prototype, and Validate.
We selected these methods after studying a large number of business strategy, design thinking, user research, and Psychology techniques. We refined the most effective methods and arranged them into a framework that supports both divergent thinking (free-form creative brainstorming) and convergent thinking (linear, logical thinking).
While these are our suggested methods for design sprints, there are a variety of other methods you might consider as well. However, keep in mind that you’d never use all of the methods at the same time. To see which method is right for your goal and deliverables, check out our downloadable templates.
