Technical Review
Make sure it can be built
Ideally you will be have an engineer or the technical lead for your product attend for the entire Sprint. If an engineer is not able to attend, the Validation Phase is a good time to bring them in to review the ideas that have been generated and provide feedback on feasibility. Or if you have created ideas for new technology or in a new space that you need an expert technical perspective on, you can set up a review with an industry expert.

- Schedule time in advance so that your engineer can fit it into their calendars.
- Invite them to come in person and participate for User Interviews or Usability Studies
- Prepare your presentation in advance to make the best use of their time
